Villa Dragos sleeps up to 11 people + 2 babycots (on request)

This exclusive and decadently spacious 350 m 2 villa sits on a 1,400 m 2 plot which offers commanding views of both Mount Teide and the sea across to the island of La Palma. It offers 5 Bedrooms along with a private 50 m 2 heated pool set in over 400m2 of well-appointed gardens.

The villa is located above Santa Ursula in one of the most exclusive areas in Tenerife yet it is only a few minutes away from Puerto de la Cruz and even closer to the historic town of La Orotava.

Villa Dragos is tastefully furnished and decorated with two lounges (including a covered open-air lounge) looking out to the garden, mountain and sea. The large sun terraces offer a selection of comfortable garden furniture, pool loungers as well as a BBQ deck that will offer unparalleled views - particularly at sunset - as you cook!!

The main interior lounge is 70m2 and includes a comfortable selection of seating areas and a more formal dining table. (There is also a dining table in the kitchen, a breakfast table in the outside lounge and a BBQ table for 8 people on the outside BBQ deck). There is a TV with English news channels as well as film channels on Digital TV and a DVD player with about 100 Film DVD's. (Including childrens' films). There is a top quality B&O / Sony / Yamaha Hi-Fi system with CD, Tape, Minidisc, Tuner as well as an i-Pod dock. Talking about music, there is even a piano that guests are welcome to use!

The house is centrally heated when necessary.

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest WC:

•1 Independent bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC.
•1 Master bedroom with large double bed, sliding doors to the garden.
(This room has also a sofa-bed which can accommodate 2 young people.
•1 large bathroom with bath, twin basins, shower and WC.
•1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, sliding doors to the garden.
•1 Bedroom with double bed, alongside bathroom with shower/bath twin basins and WC.
•1 Single bedroom with toilet.

•There is free Wi-Fi thoughout the house for guests to use with their own computer.
•Free Telephone for calls to the house and local calls.
•The large modern Italian kitchen is fully equipped with:

Entrance & exit times are flexible, however if new guests are arriving on the same day as departure, we ask guests to vacate by 11am.
N.B. This property is located on a hill, car hire is strongly recommended even though there are services nearby.

PRICING IN EUROS PER DAY:

€ 165 Euros per day for 2 people,

€ 20 euros per day per person for further guests.
